GOLFER INFORMATION:
Foursome registration fees are $ plus four bottles of your favourite wine or case of beer or bottle of liquor (no homemade) for the Beverage Cellar Draw (How the Beverage Cellar works) - minimum value $25+ for each person in your group (4).
Early bird rates, payable by May 31, 2024.
INCLUDES: 18 holes of golf, shared power cart, on course activities, food and beverage samples, Lunch kit sponsored by Big Star Sandwich, and buffet dinner o PLUS, two tickets, per golfer, to a BC Lions game, red zone seating, dedicated section for the BCLAA golfers
AGENDA:
- Check in: 9 am to 10 am
- Call to carts: 10:25 am
- Depart for starting hole: 10:40 am
- Shotgun start, scramble format: 10:55 am – 4:30 pm
- Seated for dinner: 5:00 pm
- Reception, Awards, Dinner, Live Auction, Draws - 5:30 - 8:00 pm
- End of event: 8:00 pm – guaranteed!
ADDITIONAL DINNER TICKETS:
If you purchased a golf package, dinner ticket is included. Additional tickets are for non golfers, spouses, guests etc. Enjoy the famous Westwood Buffet, price icludes all taxes and gratuities. Everyone will be seated by 5 pm • Seating is assigned. If you would like to participate in the Beverage Cellar draw, please bring a bottle and drop it off at the beverage cellar draw table.
The awards dinner is from 5 to 8 pm. Dinner Guests welcome to arrive anytime. Watch the putting contest in front of the clubhouse. Meet the golfers coming off the golf course around 5 pm. Dinner guests are welcome to participate in the live auction and the raffle. (If you have dietary restrictions, we can accommodate them)
